Lime Carpet is a thin lime-green wool rug for bright floors, and the 1/16-block thickness prevents mobs from spawning on carpeted surfaces.
Description
In builds, Lime Carpet covers floors without darkening rooms: light passes through the rug, so a light-emitting block in the floor stays hidden while the room keeps its brightness. The 1/16-block thickness prevents mobs from spawning on carpeted floors, and Lime Carpet on top of a fence or wall works as a step: players jump up, animals stay behind. Like wool, Lime Carpet dampens vibrations, so sculk sensors hear neither footsteps on the rug nor the placing and breaking of the carpet. Llamas wear Lime Carpet too: each carpet color drapes the mob in a different patterned rug.
