How to use a Hoglin Spawn Egg in Minecraft
-
1
Get the egg in Creative
Open the Creative inventory and search for "Hoglin Spawn Egg", or run /give @s minecraft:hoglin_spawn_egg in any mode with cheats on.
-
2
Aim at a solid block
Point the crosshair at the top or side face of a solid block where you want the hoglin to appear.
-
3
Right-click to spawn
Use the egg (right-click / left trigger) to spawn one adult hoglin; hold the button to spawn more in a row.
-
4
Keep it in the Nether
Spawn hoglins in the Nether so they don't convert; a hoglin in the Overworld or End turns into a zoglin after 15 seconds.
Hoglins flee from warped fungi, Nether portal blocks, and respawn anchors, so clear those nearby before spawning a stable group.
