Description
Those enchantments stay on the Golden Sword for good: in vanilla Minecraft an anvil combines only identical items or enchanted books, so there is no way to move them onto a diamond or netherite sword. Piglins and zombified piglins naturally spawn holding a Golden Sword in the Nether and drop it 8.5% of the time when killed (1% more per Looting level), and a broken one can be smelted in a furnace or blast furnace to recover a single gold nugget. Repair Golden Sword on an anvil with gold ingots — each ingot restores 25% of its maximum durability — or by combining two damaged golden swords.
