Travel down to the Deep Dark biome below Y 0 and locate an Ancient City structure built from deepslate and sculk.

Loot the chests
Open the loot chests scattered around the city; each chest has roughly an 18.9% chance to contain Disc Fragments.

Collect nine fragments
Gather at least nine Disc Fragments while avoiding the Warden by staying quiet and watching sculk sensors.

Craft Music Disc 5
Fill all nine slots of a 3x3 crafting grid with Disc Fragments to craft one Music Disc 5.

Play the disc
Insert Music Disc 5 into a jukebox to play the track "5" by Samuel Aberg.
Music Disc 5 is the only music disc you cannot find ready-made; it must be assembled from nine Disc Fragments.
