An expert-level mason villager sells all 16 terracotta colors in Java Edition 1.14 and newer, which makes Cyan Terracotta a renewable resource (a stock players can replenish endlessly through trading). The dyeing recipe is irreversible: once terracotta turns cyan, no crafting step removes or replaces the color. A furnace smelts Cyan Terracotta into Cyan Glazed Terracotta. Each of the 16 terracotta colors, Cyan Terracotta included, shows a unique color on Minecraft maps, which keeps map markers distinguishable.
