Description

Cobblestone Wall is crafted from six cobblestone blocks arranged in two horizontal rows of three, yielding six walls per recipe — the same generous output as slabs but in a different shape. The block stands one-and-a-quarter blocks tall on the world grid but counts as one-and-a-half for collision purposes — high enough that no vanilla mob can jump over without help, the same property fences provide but in stone form.

Walls automatically connect to adjacent walls and most full blocks, forming continuous barriers that follow placement layout. Unlike fences, walls also accept torches, blocks, and items mounted on top by raising their corner posts when something is placed above — useful when builders want a wall that doubles as a fence post array. The combination of stone resistance, mob-proof height, and visual connection makes this the standard barrier for medieval keeps, defensive perimeters around bases, garden borders in courtyards, and corral edges in animal pens. Wall variants exist for nearly every stone, brick, and deepslate variant in the game, allowing palette consistency across full structures.
