Description

Cinnabar Slab is a half-height red building block added with the Cinnabar set in Minecraft Java 26.2 Chaos Cubed. Three Cinnabar blocks placed across one horizontal row of a crafting grid produce six Cinnabar Slabs. The slab can occupy the lower or upper half of a block space, while two matching slabs combine into a double slab. Cinnabar itself appears in bands inside the underground Sulfur Caves biome, so the slab gives explored cave material a practical decorative form.

Cinnabar Slab works well for shallow steps, floor borders, roof trim, shelves, parapet caps, and thin red seams between darker materials. The muted mineral-red texture pairs naturally with Deepslate, Blackstone, Tuff, Granite, and the yellow Sulfur block set introduced in the same game drop. Cinnabar Slab is decorative rather than functional: it does not create a special effect, emit light, or power redstone.
