Zombie Horse Spawn Egg is a Creative-mode item that spawns a Zombie Horse the moment you right-click it onto a solid block in Minecraft. The egg carries the speckled two-tone texture shared by every spawn egg, tinted to match the Zombie Horse's grey-green hide. Because Zombie Horses never appear naturally in any biome of Java or Bedrock Edition, the Zombie Horse Spawn Egg, alongside the /summon command, is the only way to obtain this mob in normal play.

A spawned Zombie Horse is a fully tamable undead mount: ride it repeatedly until hearts appear, then fit it with a saddle to steer it. As an undead creature, the Zombie Horse takes damage from Instant Health and Regeneration potions, is healed by Instant Damage, and suffers extra hits from the Smite enchantment.
