How to use the Warden Spawn Egg in Minecraft
-
1
Open the Creative inventory
Switch to Creative mode and find the Warden Spawn Egg in the Spawn Eggs tab, or run /give @s minecraft:warden_spawn_egg.
-
2
Aim at a solid surface
Point the crosshair at the floor or a block where you want the Warden to appear, leaving open space above it.
-
3
Right-click to spawn
Use the egg (right-click on Java, tap on Bedrock) to place a Warden, which rises from the ground over a few seconds.
-
4
Keep your distance
Move away quietly, since the Warden tracks vibrations and smell; sprinting or breaking blocks nearby will anger it.
The Warden Spawn Egg cannot be obtained or used in Survival mode; it exists only in Creative and through commands.

A Warden has 500 health points (250 hearts), making it the toughest non-boss mob in the game.
