Purple Harness is the purple harness for a Happy Ghast, crafted from Leather, Glass and Purple Wool to make the Happy Ghast rideable.
Description
A Happy Ghast can be ridden only while it wears a harness, and up to four players can ride the same Happy Ghast at once. When a rider dismounts, the Happy Ghast snaps to the nearest cardinal direction (north, south, east or west), and players can stand on the Happy Ghast as on solid blocks.

Using Purple Harness on a Happy Ghast equips Purple Harness, and a Dispenser can equip Purple Harness as well.
A Happy Ghast without a harness follows any player who holds Purple Harness.

Using Shears on a Happy Ghast that wears Purple Harness removes the harness, and Purple Harness drops as an item.
Can Purple Harness be enchanted?
Purple Harness cannot be enchanted in Survival mode. In Java Edition Creative mode, an Anvil can apply Thorns, Feather Falling, Protection, Fire Protection, Projectile Protection, Blast Protection, Curse of Binding and Curse of Vanishing. Other enchantments can be applied but have no effect.
How can other players tell that someone is riding a Happy Ghast?
Large vintage-style aviator goggles on the harness lower over the eyes of the Happy Ghast while someone rides, and the goggles rise above the eyes when nobody rides. The goggles let other players tell that someone is riding, even when the rider is invisible.
Is Purple Harness renewable, and can Purple Harness stack?
