Description

Brushing suspicious gravel in Trail Ruins occasionally reveals this fragment, painted with a kneeling figure swinging a pickaxe. The image reads as a clear labour scene from the lost culture and pairs naturally with sherds showing harvest, craft and home.

The sherd works as one of four ingredients in the plus-shaped recipe used to assemble a Decorated Pot. The face that ends up showing the design is the one matching the slot the sherd was placed into, so a four-side narrative pot can be built by carefully arranging different motifs around the empty centre.

Finished pots can be picked up whole with bare hands and replaced elsewhere, which makes museum-style displays and lore-driven adventure maps straightforward to compose. The pot is also a single-slot container and supports hopper input below or above, so the same artwork piece can quietly serve as part of an item-sorting line.
