Light Blue Concrete Slab is the half-height form of light blue concrete and one of sixteen concrete slab colors that Minecraft added at the same time in Java Edition 26.3 and Bedrock Edition 26.50. On a crafting table, three Light Blue Concrete blocks in a single row produce six Light Blue Concrete Slabs. A stonecutter cuts one Light Blue Concrete block into two Light Blue Concrete Slabs. Light Blue Concrete Slab needs a pickaxe of any tier to mine and drops nothing when broken by hand. Light Blue Concrete Slab is renewable, stacks to 64, does not burn, and can be waterlogged (placed inside a water source).

In building, Light Blue Concrete Slab covers the places where a full block stands too tall: walkways, window sills, stair landings, and flat roof edges. Light Blue Concrete Slab has a hardness of 1.8 and a blast resistance of 1.8 in Java Edition (0.36 in Bedrock Edition).
