Flower Charge Banner Pattern is a reusable decoration item that stamps a large circular flower charge onto a banner inside a loom. Crafted from one paper and one oxeye daisy in any shapeless arrangement on a crafting table, the Flower Charge Banner Pattern was added in Java Edition 1.14 and Bedrock Edition 1.10.0 as part of the Village & Pillage update. The item stacks to only 1, but the pattern is never consumed when applied, so a single Flower Charge Banner Pattern can decorate hundreds of banners in any dye color.

Flower Charge Banner Pattern is one of six banner patterns craftable directly on a crafting table: the creeper charge, skull charge, and thing patterns are also made from paper plus one extra ingredient, the bordure indented and field masoned patterns joined the crafting table in Java 1.21.2, and only the globe, snout, flow, and guster patterns still require trading or structure loot. Oxeye daisies grow freely in plains, sunflower plains, and flower forest biomes, which keeps the flower charge among the easiest of the ten Java Edition designs to craft in bulk. Builders pair the flower charge with contrasting dyes to mark shops, taverns, and village waypoints, and the symmetrical round motif reads clearly even on small wall banners viewed from a distance.
