Drowned Spawn Egg cannot be crafted, mined, or looted in Survival — it appears only in the Creative inventory's spawn-egg tab or through the /give @p drowned_spawn_egg command. Added in Java Edition 1.13, the Update Aquatic, Drowned Spawn Egg shows the standard spawn-egg shape with a teal base color and olive-green speckles that mirror the Drowned mob's rotted, water-soaked skin.

Use Drowned Spawn Egg to place Drowned for mob farms, adventure maps, or combat testing, because a Drowned can spawn holding a trident or nautilus shell and attack at range. Right-clicking Drowned Spawn Egg on any solid surface spawns one Drowned even on dry land, letting builders stage encounters far from oceans and rivers.
