Camel Spawn Egg is a Creative-mode and command-only item that spawns a fully grown camel when used on the ground in Minecraft Java and Bedrock Edition. Camel Spawn Egg cannot be crafted, traded, or found in survival loot — players obtain Camel Spawn Egg from the Creative inventory under the Spawn Eggs / Miscellaneous tab or with the command /give @s minecraft:camel_spawn_egg. The egg uses a sandy body color with orange spots that mirrors the camel's desert coat, and it was added in the Trails & Tales update (1.20).

Use Camel Spawn Egg to place camels anywhere instead of searching desert villages, where camels otherwise spawn one per village during world generation. Right-clicking an existing camel with Camel Spawn Egg spawns a baby camel, letting builders grow a desert ranch quickly. A camel placed this way carries two players, dashes on command, and stands tall enough to step over fences and dodge most melee attacks from ground mobs — making Camel Spawn Egg the fastest way to set up mounts for multiplayer desert travel.
