Blue Terracotta is the dyed blue form of Terracotta (smelted clay), crafted from eight Terracotta blocks plus one Blue Dye, yielding eight per craft.
Description
Blue Terracotta has 1.25 hardness and stacks to 64. Blue Terracotta cannot catch fire and never ignites from lava. Wandering traders sell three Blue Dye for one emerald when Lapis Lazuli and Cornflower run short. Blue Terracotta gives survival builders a stone-strength blue for large walls and floors.

No. The dyeing recipe is irreversible, so the blue color cannot be changed or removed from dyed terracotta.
