Bamboo Pressure Plate sends a redstone signal of strength 15 (the maximum) whenever a player, mob or dropped item stands on the plate.
Description
Bamboo Pressure Plate reacts to players, mobs, dropped items, arrows and Experience Orbs, while a player in Spectator Mode cannot press the plate. A pressed Bamboo Pressure Plate emits signal strength 15 and checks every 20 game ticks (1 second) whether an entity still stands on top. Bamboo Pressure Plate is 1/16 of a block tall when inactive and 1/32 of a block tall when pressed. Bamboo Pressure Plate pops off as an item if the supporting block is removed or a Piston pushes the plate. A Redstone Lamp or a Dispenser placed next to Bamboo Pressure Plate receives power while the plate is pressed.

Stone, a fence or any block with a full top surface holds the plate once the player uses the plate on the top face, while leaves cannot hold a plate.

A Redstone Lamp or a Dispenser placed directly next to the plate receives power while the plate is pressed.

A player, mob, dropped item or arrow on the plate starts signal strength 15, and the plate pops back up at the next 20-tick check once nothing stands on top.

An axe breaks Bamboo Pressure Plate faster than any other tool.
